In anticipation of the premiere of the new HBO documentary series we interviewed LGBTQ+ families for HBO social channels. Partnering with each family we utilized their interviews to write physical storybooks. These books addressed the absence of LGBTQ+ representation in children’s literature and were distributed to community activists and organizations, promoting a more inclusive definition of family.
